light bar opinion

ive got a 20"led light bar that I had on previous truck and looking for a light bar to mount it on, looking at either a front bumper light bar or a roof mount light bar but having trouble making up my mind, looking for some thoughts and opinions between the 2

I have always liked the roof mounted light bar!

I too like the roof mounted ones and working on getting the brackets that mount just above the windshield.

I also have a 40" that I may just mount below in the bumper and remove the valence.
This may also be a option for you.

Look at Badjuju's truck. Great idea and it fits a large bar

Yes sir!
Working with a company who can make them and provide them to us.
They just have to tell me price.
I want one pretty bad too....

We already have our light bars to carry, just need the mount and we/I can sport it on my truck

It would look pretty sweet on yours with a 40" and 50"

I don't mind the look of the roof mount either, I only a little 20" for now though, I thought of a back rack then putting in on there but that would involve having to get a new tonneau cover as mine is not compatible with the back racks and don't really wanna go through that hassle
heres a picture to show where I had it on the titan, unfortunately no room for it on the ram, thought of one of the bars like in the pic of the ram and bolt it to that but most say they don't fit the sport

We have secured these brackets for a 50" windshield mount. They are modeled for the Rigid's but many of the lightbars today are similar to the mounting of the Rigids.
It will take 2 weeks till we get them as they are being fabricated and we will have them for the 3rd and 4th gens.

For the 4th gens, they will require 1 hole to be drilled, but its on the inner of the truck and not exposed to the outside elements...

We will start a thread within our vendor section

no problem whatsoever, its info that has to do with my question, send me a pm with what you have or will have available as mounts preferably something that will work with a 20"bar, the one picture of the ram I posted looks good but from what I read it had to be modified to fit,

Not that I know of and I was talking to Kevin aka Musclemckeester about this a few months back as I was considering doing it. I'm sure a 30" would fit perfect. But I have a 40" here in my office that I may just sell

For me, its either the Westin Lightbar and a 30" or the 40" in the same area as Badjuju's. and a 50" windshield mounted lightbar.

Is that the Westin light bar on the RAM? That is what I am looking for, but the Westin site doesnt say if they fit the 13/14 RAMs. Just the earlier models.

Has anyone mounted a LED bar on a westin light bar?

I have a 40" mounted onto a westin 4 light bar, had made two brackets to fit the bar, problem is that the westin doesn't mount to the 2500 as it should have, was designed for a 1500 I think... Unless of course I'm doing it wrong. FastNUgly might be able to tell me. Lol.
