Ok!! So.... my buddy the other day decided we should bridge my amp ect... well it hits mega hard now.. BUT... when it hits my lights dim... which drives me nuts... my question. Should I just get a capacitor or get a bigger alternator? I know with my Chevy, Just upgraded the big 3 and all was good.

Thoughts? Thank you!

Convert, for now.

small
buy some 0 gauge wire and some hoops and make your own. With the lights dimming, it's dropping voltage on the amp. When you lower it that far, it can send DC to the voice cols, and it will fry them over time. Plus, if you have 500 watts stereo, 1000 mono when bridged, and it's dropping voltage enough to hamper lights, you dont have a true 1000 watts anymore.
