Lower ball joint looks different

I have a 2003 ram 1500 4x4. Changing out all the ball joints. The lower I noticed do not have a snap rings and from what I can see not tabs. Not sure if I just press them out as is? Any help appreciated.

Press 'em out. Press 'em in! Replacements may have the ring, not sure. Probably do, as the factory just used dimples
