I can't believe this. One of my HID lights goes out last week (bad ballast) no problem replaced problem fixed. Nope rains again this week guess what HID lights go out again. I got so much bulb grease that you can swim in it.So don't know why its happening. This time its at night I get pulled over for 1 headlight out. Cops nice lets me off just tells me to get it fixed. If I buy parts why is it I always get the bad one. Just my luck. I can't win. I love these lights but man. I'll have to take my lights out again (gotten pretty good at it 10 min or less)just a hassle.:superhack:
Customer service is great, but my hands are taking a beating.

that sucks, and the cops must be strict where you live to pull you over for a headlight out

That sucks. I've had nothing but bad luck when it comes to HIDs.

I've got to be the must unlucky person on the planet. Another bad ballast. If there were 1000 of them I'd be the one to get the bad one.
Customer service here I come again.:birgits_tiredcoffee

That sucks, hope it gets fixed up soon. I have one that likes to go out every once in a while, got a new harness to fix that, just gotta get it installed.

I had issues with hids on my jeep. It would flicker and I tried lots of things things troubleshoot it. I decided not to fuss with it this time on the truck for that reason.
