Map lights suck

Does anyone else have a 2014 Laramie and have really dim map lights?
Every once in a blue moon they get really bright.
Any idea what the fix is? Its at the dealer now looking into it. But I don't trust them. They are on the 2nd day having it just to do 2 computer flashes and look into lights!

Then they wonder why I don't buy from them?

I got the 194 cool white LED's in the map lights, license plate lights, and my footwell lights. Have a LED in the dome light as well. They are plenty bright!

These were the soldered in ones. Dealership replaced the whole upper console. Kinda sad with just 33,000 miles.

I upgraded yo the Laramie overhead console because I liked the LED lights. Mine does the same thing it's annoying. Mine is not under warranty so I am just going to order a new one from Tasca.
