whats up yall

i recently did a lifter and cam swap due to failed lifters on my ram 1500 hemi, i aslo did the mds delete
as i put everything together i think my timing ended off being off but when i turned it over it sounded bad so i tore it back down and noticed that all 8 of the exhaust side push rods bent
can this be due to the timing being off? it never started and barley wanted to turn over has anyone else experienced this and could give me any pointers thank you

Although it's an old post, I thought it worthwhile to mention the pushrods may not be the only things that were damaged
