Misfire

Hi, 2009 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi, I keep getting a intermittent miss fire on no 6 cylinder, I’ve replaced the coil and the injector and the plugs are new no problem with the valves, where do I go from here ? Thanks

Bad lifter/cam lobe on #6......when you say no problem with valves, are you checking lift?

New Cam and Lifter time, how many miles on truck and what oil/oils were you using?

The engine has just been re built, new cam mds delete new crank, pump all bearings, I had this fault before it was re built , was wondering if it could be a bad wire ? How do you go about tracing it ?

More details would have eliminated some of posted answers above....we don't know what has been done to engine without all the info.
What is the fault code?
Certain conditions that cause fault?
Using same valve springs....if cracked vacuum will fluctuate

The code is P0306 Cylinder 6 misfire detected, both heads have been stripped, 3 new valves and all lapped in . Is there some sort of test to see if power is getting to the injector and spark plug ?

ive been having the same issue on my new motor.
I noticed that the lock on the injector terminal is broken and the connector slides on and off easily. I plan to replace the pigtail and see if it fixes it. I replaced the injector, coil and plugs already.
