Just installed the mygig on my truck. Video works fine, all the new options are up on the screen, but somethings up with my audio. I double checked and I did not find a loose connection. It sounds like its at half power almost like when something is partially unplugged. Frustrated. Any suggestions?

Did you make sure all the pins line up? I had an issue with mine when I installed the LockPick. It was really strange and an intermittent problem but ended up being a pin was slightly bent. Bent it back in place and all has been fine since.

See if there is an update for the software. This sounds familiar and I think the update might have fixed it

Yeah after I posted that question I went and checked the pins. Found three in the gray connector bent. Had to bend them back three times before they would go in straight. Cheap materials I'm guessing. Because I couldn't connect the male and female any straighter than i was doing it

I knew it was a power issue. Things always seem more difficult when ur frustrated. Sometimes you just have to walk away for a second lol
