Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction. After a trip to infotainment and back home, $300.00 lighter, still stuck in TX. I replaced the sharks fin and it's up and running fine. Should have listened to a senior member here or two and it would have been fixed three weeks ago.

Glad you got it going.after sending a unit with usb problems to infotainment years ago and getting it back with the same problem minus cash I feel your pain.
