i believe a wrench for our Ram Lug Nuts is a 7/8ths inch
7/8ths" = 22.225 MM

7/8 socket will fit 22mm and vice-versa. There are a few other sizes that get close enough for interchanging sizes also.
i guess it depends on whether the wrench has 6 or 12 teeth ??
