Need advice! Stereo frozen with ram logo

Anyone had this issue before that can help troubleshoot it please . The screen is frozen with ram logo and sirius xm on the bottom . The last radio i had still works and volume works fine.

I would disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if it corrects itself.

Tried disconnecting the battery already and nothing . Idk if its an update thing.

You disconnected battery, waited at least 30sec, reconnected, and you are still on the logo screen? Dealer time, unfortunately.

What radio do you have? I have the 5 inch screen, may or may not help but support had me disconnect the battery and then touch both cables together to "supposedly" hard reset it. Did not help on mine and Dealership replaced it under warranty.

Oddventures i believe its the 5 inch too. I haven't tried touching the two battery cables yet. Ive unolugged battery for 30 min. Also tried to update the uconnect and nothing . My radio still plays the last station fine. But none of the stereo buttons work. Even on my steering wheel .
