Hi,
I’m “kicking the tires” so to speak on trading in my ‘11 Ram Sport for a 2020 Big Horn with either North or Sport appearance package. But I have a medical situation that prevents me from driving around to dealerships.
I’m wondering how common it is to buy a vehicle primarily by email and phone? The problem I’m running into is dealerships aren’t specifying what package the truck has (they just call them Big Horn) with stock photos, and email to dealership results in “when can you come in for a test drive?” They really want you there, I imagine it’s a sales tactic.
So please share your stories of purchasing your Ram over the Internet, and any tips you might have. Thanks!
