Hi everyone
Just bought an 03 1500 4.7 with 125k, no history on the truck but she's clean.
I was wondering what maintenance I should do at 125,000 miles to make sure she's reliable?
Thanks a lot!

Welcome to RF!
Spark plugs, maybe the fluid for the diffs and tranny. Check everything else.

:welcome: Normally you should change all the fluids to be sure they are fresh and that will also give you a fresh start on the normal maintenance. Check for shavings in the engine oil, the tranny oil, and the dif oil. Normal use will show very little metal shavings if the oil has been changed regularly. Check the ball joints and I would even change the shocks to be sure they are good. Tires, filters, and a few other items should be on that list also. Good luck and happy motoring.

Wanted too add this. Take the truck to either a dealership or a good radiator shop and have the cooling system flushed out. Doing that now should alleviate any cooling issues down the road.
