Hi all, New to RAM and the Forum with a 2021 Limited Night Edition due it's first oil change. Are there any UK members that could recommend a garage that will carry out the works? - No UK dealers I'm aware of :(
Any advice greatly appreciated. I am B97 postcode.
Great Trucks BTW

Change it yourself and keep a copy of all receipts for warranty purposes.

Thank you, I did consider this but thought it may affect warranty. If I go this route I would assume it would be just the oil & filter at 9,000 miles.

Always keep a record of what work was done, when it was done & what the mileage was when it was done

That will be proof of service when it comes to Warranty Claims

As mentioned keep the receipts for the oil and filters used along with keep a written log of when the maintenance is performed, many owners do their own maintenance. Follow the maintenance recommendations in the owners manual, those are the minimum you can always do more.

Are you stationed in the UK, or an actual citizen? I can't imagine driving a 1500 (or even bigger) over there!

:welcome: Matt.

9,000 Miles a long time, especially for Initial Oil Change. First oil is break in, U want to get it out of there sooner than later. Then, all round driving, I personally do 5,000 miles with rotate tires also, other PPL will say 7,500 miles. Yer choice,. I just do 5,000 and rotate tires. BUT use a Full Good Synthetic Oil, and Full Synthetic filter if you do. Document all to include receipts, etc and maintain. All IMHO...

Sorry for the delay.. The V8:)
Do you have a LHD? I’m originally from Enfield EN8 postcode and now in Orlando. The petrol is killing me here, so no doubt you’re not punching yours! I got the same 1500 limited, night edition. Only had it for about 6 weeks or so. Bought it new and happy with it. Coming from a Q7 , 4 cylinder, you really do notice the difference in consumption
