ON my 96, it had the 5.2...for my exhaust I ran the stock CAT to a Dynomax Race Bullet...for a CAI, I ran an Edelbrock 14x3 Air Cleaner with a K&N element. As for intake, you can do the kegger mod to your stocker (I think there's a write up here on how to do it)....as for tuning the PCM...I suggest Hemifever tuning...they have a section here and can assist you.

Went for a drive earlier to find me a mud hole, it's possible I may be in "safe mode" and I'm starting out in 2nd...what can I do to resolve his?
