I don't think Mopar sells a security bypass cable but you can get one from another of the forum vendors:

As for programming the trailer brake controller, you can take it to a dealership (won't need the bypass cable) and have them program it or use AlfaOBD to program it. How to use AlfaOBD: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/alfaobd.123982/
