Helping a friend with 2015 2500 Cummins mega limited leveled with stock wheels and 37” procomp ats that rub slightly. He wants to push them out a little bit for a better stance and look and is planning to order the black rhino armory wheels and wants to make sure he gets the right offset to clear everything and get the slightly more aggressive look he is after

From what I have seen +18 offset you can clear 37s on a stock suspension. Pretty sure thuren has that same info posted on his site as well.

I have 37x13.5r20's on my truck, +18 offset and had minimal rubbing on the plastic liner. I ziptied them back and now have no rubbing, you can heat them up instead too.

I have thuren 2.75" springs in the front

Don't go with a bigger negative offset (-44) larger, pretty sure he will have to do some trimming. Further out the wheel more of a chance of rubbing. I would tell him to go on Custom Offsets website and from there he should be able to find out what fits and doesn't. Plus its a awesome website.

+18 seems like the go to offset for 37's on a 2500.

Why go to 37s in the first place? Unless you offroad, it's nothing but a burden on the truck, even diesel. 35s will look just as good and won't slow you down as much.
he already has the 37s, brand new ones stock wheels and it clears fine with only minor running on the sway bar, so he will be staying with them. I do agree that 35s are ideal, I run that size on my 3500 on and off road, if you wheel one of these big ******* ( and I do) the difference between 35-37 is not really noticeable anyway, if I didn’t haul heavy (15-18k) and log about 35-40k a year and used it primarily off road it would be on 40s

If you wheel anything and want performance you must rehear...hell I may go to 456s for my 35s as the 6.4 wants to rev..I need to get some of that power back I lost going to 35s but as I end up in the rough a lot looking at work out on old powerlines and trails I need a real tire and some clearance... the look is secondary with my work truck..... his is a street queen to be pretty! His other one is a work truck and used as such

Mine is 373 and really is power loss wasn’t noticeable, I said it wrong I want to put it into the power-band where it should with the heavy loads on it. Ir does well as is pulling the weight I do ( smaller excavators, loaders and construction equipment) but I fell with 456 it would be much better suited.
The difference stepping from 373 to 410 in my opinion wouldn’t be worth the expense so I’d look at slightly deeper options. Your cruising rpms won’t be that high to worry about and I doubt young will suffer much
