^^^^^^VERY TRUE^^^^^^^

Pennzoil Yellow Bottle aka PYB
Pennzoil Platinum aka PP
Pennzoil Ultra Platinum aka PUP

IMO these Pennzoil products are of some of the best oils available today , the PYB in a 30wt , in 3-4 k oci's probably the best for the 5.7L Hemi due to its higher than normal levels of Molybdenum.

PUP 0W-40 wt mixed 50 / 50 with PUP 5W-20 PUP is a better mixture for a 6-8 k oci for the 5.7L Hemi due to higher molybdenum in the 40 wt .

Finally decided to do my first CC dump on the Ram. This is a little over 2k miles. I waited for the can before I got that Pennz dinosaur **** out and put real oil in it. So I've actually just rolled 3k. Kind of disappointed in the amount of blow by on this 5.7. Neither the OEM or built 6.1 in my Jeep are|were anywhere near this bad. Even after twice that mileage, I might have a 1/4 of that amount. That was before and after the blowers.

Pull Ya mentioned not tightening the cup too much. Agreed, but I found the stock billet cup was much worse about this. Picked up a small strap wrench which made it easy to remove. But the clear cup, especially the newer style (in the pic), doesn't have this problem. The knurled knob on bottom makes it simple, even if you do tighten it too much. Highly recommended if BT ever does any more production runs.

Where and when did you order the clear cup?

I bought them all directly from BilletTech. The original old style I bought back in 2010. It was exactly the same size as the billet cup, but not very sturdy. The new ones I bought in 2015. Got one for my Jeep and one for the Ram. They're a little taller and way sturdier. The part # is 200015 and they were $80 each. BT is a little screwy in what and when they do production runs for. After my old style broke, they said they just did a one off batch and weren't gonna make them again. However I saw a post on the lxforums that said they were. So I kept checking their site until I saw them, and ordered.

I think half the time they don't know what they have queued for production. The day I called the guy assured me they weren't gonna make them anymore. Then I saw the post on the lxforums and called back. Less than an hour later. Same guy answered. I told him about the post on the lxforum and he said well we're gonna make them again. ??? All the lights are on but no one's home. LOL! I asked if I could be notified, or even prepay. He said no. So I kept checking their manufacturing updates for the part # I posted above. That's the only way I was able to get them.

If they aren't planning on making more, perhaps if enough people want one, Matt might be able to get a group purchase run done. Worth a try...

You need a catch can at the end of hose #3 and between whatever #2 is

Thats what i figured. 2 is the inlet to the throttle body. 4 is the outlet of the crank case.

Why am i the first to find this. It seem to easy. We have been told many times that it is impossible to put on on the 6.4 that is in the RAM

From the looks of tht diagram it looks completely doable. I thought I had read something about the Ram 6.4 had the pcv system integrated in the intake...

I read the same thing. Ill take the plastic cover off this weekend and see if it looks the same as the diagram. I also have heard that the guys that have put a catch can on the 6.4 in the cars collected ZERO oil in it.
