Looks like they want to recoup the cost of the new tires/rims, they would not give you any more money on your trade-in if you had new tires/rims installed. Just part of their marketing ploy

Yeah, I think they put the tires on. Don’t know about the rims, but they look new as well. Had a really bad rub on the driver side fender flare when I drove it so I don’t know if it had even been off the lot since the tires were installed

Thanks. That’s more than I want to spend and I also want the ramboxes. I’m in Illinois so that’s 2 states away. Still within driving distance though

If you are not looking for anything too crazy as far as specific options go, then you shouldnt have too much of a problem finding one. Especially if you are willing to travel. However, the mandatory rambox option will narrow the search quite a bit lol.

Or you could expand your options and get a diamond back cover with toolboxes built-in. In any configuration build to suit, plus it holds 1600 pounds on top. You won’t lose bed space going this route.

Just options to consider.

Here’s a fun fact I insure two 2019 power wagons fully loaded. the only option between the two is the toolboxes. It is $20 more per month for the one with the built-in boxes to insure. I’m am the driver listed on both. State Farm insurance.

This is a nice set up but it’s a different use then ram boxes for sure. I’d consider giving up my ram boxes for a snug top outback but that’s about it. Still really hard not to have a storage solution right outside your door that is easy to get into. Plus you don’t lose bed space with the ram box.

The bed space you give up is tangible in loads of small matter. Like bricks, mulch but even luggage. Look at my access. One lock ( that is more secure the the ram boxes) and I have access to both rear boxes. Or one lock and I have access to the big box in the front.
Remember I have (2) 19 PW. One with ramboxes and one without.
My ATV goes hunting with me without a trailer, plus all my gear. This is just a thought for diverse ability.
Also I have zero leaks when I go through the car wash or off road.

I should get a kick back from diamondback Lol.

Reasonable? Dude. Do you know what one costs new?! Wow! 33-35k is a fair price for something that goes in the 40-50k range.

Agreed!

I told him to pull the trigger last week. We would be on a different thread of his today stating “ I got a PW, now what?
Looking forward to chiming in on that one too.

Its a nice set up I just like my ram boxes better though. Yes your might be more secure. My boxes dont leak either. Not sure if yours do? Also It really looks like you give up bed space with your set up. What is that large piece you see from the back shot you posted?

Would like to see a picture of your arc in the truck also. Is it in the bed or on top of the box?

I opted of the larger tool box. When I get out of the gym in a few I will take a picture with the front open.
The headache rack, the front tool box and the 2 side boxes are all options. As well as the coating. My last truck had chrome all over it so I did not opt to riño line it. Nor did I opt to coat the boxes.
Don’t judge me for uploading my f150 lol.
