Over the hood roof rack?

Hi all, I'd like to carry our 13' Boston Whaler on the roof of the truck ('22 3500 Crew Cab SRW) while towing the fifth wheel. I've seen one or two roof racks that extend over the hood of the truck and are supported from the front tow hook bolts or something. I haven't found one to buy though. Anyone got any leads or search terms or something to help me find one? Thanks

@18RamBH - based on the complete lack of responses, I'm guessing you didn't get any new information here. Since I'm trying to do the same/similar thing, I'm curious what solution you adopted
