That’s a pretty vague statement “some parts”, what are you trying to swap?

What’s the endstate of your swap modifications?

We can help more if you tell us what parts. As others had said, obviously not all parts will cross over.

Why would you want or need to do this. Just because they both are Ram and hemis... Doesn't mean they are the same. IE being a hemi is only internal to the engine. Really nothing more - it's not a model it's a engineering design.

I'm sorry if this sounds off... WHY?

What purpose do you have or need to do this work?

I have not looked up the parts to compare... I'll guess the answer is nope they won't work. Someone else might have better input.

For me I see nothing but trouble brewing in your future. I'm a fighter jet and auto mech of over 35yrs. I would not do what you're saying. Not worth the risk vs what little gain you might think you'll get.

Future troublesome head leaks, Valve cover leaks, exhaust manifold connection issues..In addition, you'll have totally ruined any manf engine warranty. Hell, poss any future recalls too. The risk isn't worth the amount of effort.

I'd like to know what you end up doing.

If you are taking 6.4 truck heads waste of money same head and I'm pretty sure the tb is the same from the truck. Even if not unless you have other mods you will see 0 gain besides your scale will go down if your wallet is in your pocket.

I was just seeing if I could possibly do that, currently my truck is running on a full tuned ecu and is needing to get more octane in it and I wanted to see if I would be able to bolt up bigger heads and throttle body off a different motor

Getting more octane has nothing to do with heads or tb.some stock cars can run e85 which is like 106 octane. If you are saying you want to run something like that you may need bigger injectors but that would be because you need more fuel to do them same thing which even just a tune I highly doubt you need bigger injectors. Not to sound harsh but it seems you need to do a lot more research before you consider buying anything performance wise or you'll be wasting a lot of money.

The 6.4 truck throttle body is the same as the 5.7 throttle body. You could just buy a ported Tb. You could get your existing heads ported as well. You need to do full exhaust work before you would really need heads ported. Some people buy an adapter plate and run the hellcat throttle but without huge supporting mods there would be no point. Needs a huge cam, full internals, full exhaust, and intake work done or upgraded intake. You can run a 6.4 truck intake manifold. Scroll through the pages or join tunedrams on Facebook. Quite a few people including Matt with moes-performance.com are on there and are running high horsepower builds and could help you.

... And that statement and similar advice is totally different than your orginal post. To have that type of engine work done... You'll be in contact with people who'll know what and how.

Hellcat TB bolts up with an MMX TB adapter.

Looks like the 6.1L head is a bolt-on over the Eagle 5.7 head for additional power to compliment a nice cam package. You can even save some money and use a LL cam to stay under the .580 Lift of the 6.1L valve spring.

The 6.4L apache head will not bolt up with either changing to custom pistons or swapping out your 5.7 block in favor of 6.4L or larger. The apache is an absolute upgrade based on the potential flow but they need the supporting mods to take advantage.

Hope this helps your quest. Good luck!
