I think the Hellcat converter would be even further off because it is rated at 300tq more than the truck. The more tq a motor makes, the higher the converter will stall. Ideally, we need to be checking into the converters that are in the V6 trucks and Jeeps. I don't know if they use a different converter than the Hemi, but with the Hemi making more tq, it would make that converter flash higher than it does in the V6 models.

Unfortunately I'll have to get the one with cats as we have emissions checks in my county. Also 1" 3/4 or 1" 7/8?

The long tube ARH 1 3/4" with the high flow cats (really just a wide spot in the pipe) are straight bolt-on and worth every penny...
