Can anyone tell me if the crew cab rear seat leg room is the same on the 5'7" and the 6'4" or does the longer bed size reduce the interior size of the rear seat area?

the crew cab with the 6.5 box has a 155 inch wheel base the crew cab with a 5.7 box is 149 inches the cab stays the same.

With the 1500 there is both a CrewCab and QuadCab trucks, QuadCabs have smaller back seat area. Typically you'll find CrewCab with the 5.7' bed and the QuadCab with the 6.4' bed. You can also get the CrewCab with a 6.4' bed but depending on the dealership and/or geographical location the CC w/6.4' bed can be harder to find.
The HD trucks Come with a CrewCab or MegaCab, both will have the 6.4' bed, CC can have an 8' bed. MegaCabs back seat area is bigger than the CrewCab.
The front seat room in all three cab styles are pretty much identical.

Thanks for the info. The bed is 9" longer and the wheelbase is 6" longer. Curiosity....where'd the 3" go?

Gen5 wheelbases:
QC w/6.4' bed - 140.5"
CC w/5.7' bed - 144.5"
CC w/6.4' bed - 153.5"
The CC of the Gen5 truck was extended 4" compared to the Gen4 body.
The HD trucks are still based off the Gen4 body.
Gen4 HD wheelbase:
CC w/6.4' bed - 149"
MC w/6.4' bed - 160.5"

Back to your original question.....crew cab leg room would be the same. quad cab, crew cab, mega cab.....unless you are talking about 5th gen crew cabs, those are the same size (or almost) as mega cabs. Used to if you wanted a crew cab with a 6.5 bed you had to get a 2500/3500. It wasn't until like 2014 they started offering a 1500 CC with a 6.5 bed.

For the rear legroom in the "classics"
Quad - Rear legroom: 881mm (34.7")
Crew - Rear legroom: 1,024mm (40.3")
Mega - Rear legroom: 1,092mm (43.0")

5th Gen 1500
Quad - Rear legroom: 904mm (35.6")
Crew - Rear legroom: 1,148mm (45.2")

The cabs for 5th gen 2500 and 3500 as far I know are still based off the 4th gen dimensions so the Crew and Mega are the same as above.
