Pinpoint testing.. Mopar/Ram equivalent?

Ford diagnostic procedures include 'Pin Point testing' which usually includes measuring voltage, and resistances.. validating the electrical characteristics or vehicle systems. Now I have no idea if that term is unique to Ford or not but that's what I'm asking.

If not Pin Point.. what is the correct term used to label Ram electrical testing procedures?

They have that info in the service manuals, however they are all online subscription based these days so you have to pay a monthly fee to access them
