I'm placing an order with Moe's as soon as I get a hold of.
Considering the repeated costs assessed to Hemifever for every new mod, I'm doing the 87mm,180 thermo,Vararam,Billstein level,Catch can and exhaust first!
After all is, I'm sure the 6 speed will be perfected, I'll pick up the Diablo/Hemifever tuner.

Good plan. You are going to love the end result!

With the Vararam, 85 mm, SW cat back and a 91 Trinity tune.... my truck is pretty squirrly right now.

Anything on the road or the least amount of moisture, and I'm breaking the back tires free from a 25/30 mph roll. Need some heat.

I'm also on brand new tires as of December 2013.

I still have to do the JBA shorties and Hemifever tune and it's still spinning.

BTW I'm running 3:55's in the diff.

Yes I'm running 3.55 also.

Future mods will include detroit locker and WAY down the road possibly a twin screw...lol

With these mods you dropped a full 2 seconds off your 0-60? Wow has anyone else gotten results like that with a couple bolt on's?

Well I have not checked my 0-60 yet, but the seat of my pants tells me my truck is MUCH MUCH faster post all mods and Hemifever tune. Especially off-the-line followed by a massive chirp into 2nd gear. Also, a kick down while rolling 25mph will burn the tires.
So I would not doubt well over a second off 0-60.

I am almost ready for my Edge TQ, probably next week! After which I am sure I will need better tires.

No bs here. I was running high 7's before these mods. And I am at 5500 ft above sea level.

After mods.

Anyhow since we are WAY off topic!

To the op, I suspect the claims of performance are at the peak of design gain.
As you add mods, the previous mods are more powerful.

I totally agree with lonewolf. Each mod compliments the other. With these Hemis it doesn't take much to free them up to their potential! :) I added all my mods together but most people that add TB say they feel better throttle response

I'm hoping everyone's right and a DS + Hemi fever helps mine more than this BD has. Like I said I ran a 14.76 with just a Volant fast fit and my BD. Now with all my mods I run 15.2 -15.0 most times and a 6.2 zero to 60. That's pretty unimpressive...

Lance, I think the problem you are feeling with your intake is that you did not remove the radiator cover. That is where the air is being pulled from, so with that cover still installed, it is not getting near as much air as it should. Try removing that and make another run to see what the truck does.

Tried that too

Matt, beleive me I'll try just about anything you guys lead me too. That didn't help either.
I thought after the drop I would be faster because I just didn't sit and spin. But now it just feels slow....

And to the OP, the throttle body you have is 83mm at the opening, then opens up to 87mm just before the blade, goes back to the stock blade and 80mm opening, and then opens up and tapers back down to 83mm on the back side. This is the best port configuration to get increased airflow and airspeed without causing any high idle codes.

As for the intake, have you reset your computer so that it relearns the new mods? If you did not disconnect your negative battery terminal before installing the new parts, then I would go ahead and do that. Just leave the negative terminal off for about an hour.

We have numerous customers that have dropped anywhere from .2-.4 seconds off their 1/4 mile times with the intake alone, so we know that it works. We have also seen consistant dyno gains as well. As someone that sells all the intakes available, the Vararam is the one I chose for my own truck because I know that it is the best performer out of the bunch.

I'm thinking long tubes a better stall and a DS + hemi fever, my wife will be calling you pretty soon as my birthday is right around the corner.

There is still no transmission tuning available yet for any of the 2014 trucks. Only engine tuning at this time.
