Power fold mirror question

i picked up a pair of turn signal/puddle light mirrors and they are supposed to be power fold. Can i fold them like a manual mirror or do they need to be powered? Im not sure if i want to go thru the hassle of getting the power fold option working, i just want the autodim and turn signal/puddle lights to work. Thanks for advice.

Yes you can manually fold them if needed
