OP, U get 18 +++ on a stock motor be happy. That 23 ish be more like with MDS active running 4 cylinders on a flat road. I can get 21-22 on MY 19 (5th Gen), but usually just stays in the 18-19 if I am under 75 mph. The 23 is the estimated with less skinny pedal pressure, hee hee, especially on a 2015 with 136K on the clock, pretty awesome actually.

Did not want state obvious, but I do have a full tonneau cover so changes that Back Pressure additives, lmao. MOST I ever got was hand calc 21.9 MPG on a trip in Aug 2018 actually when truck was brand new, in NC on a trip, with SRA rubber. Now I got Falkens on the truck, and any number at 20 or more is golden with heavier meatier tires,

I did some highway driving last week. I have a ARE topper on the back. I was averaging 23. Commuting to work(all back roads) I’m averaging 18-18.5. It’s going into eco most the time.

Side note, I’m not really digging that 8th gear in eco mode. With the exhaust, it sounds like its running on 2 cylinders.

What is it at 75 mph?
I lose 1-2 mpg anything over 75 mph. Over 80-85 I am down to like 16 ish, maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less, that speed depends upon traffic and wind direction.
Pulling trailer: I stay in the 12's. But I also drive defensively and maintain cruise on as much as possible at cruising speeds.

Nope, I did not just reset it..

No like I said, flat even road, no wind at all.

Obviously MDS was active as indicated by the green 'ECO'.

Also, the speedo can be seen, it was doing like 62-3 mph.

Engine-wise it's all stock still, no changes at all. My bad.. I did throw a catch-can on there a few days ago but that wouldn't affect efficiency in the slightest. Factory 20' wheels and a Bakflip bed cover. And the no-name branded HT tires that come in at 31.59# and they're at the factory 40psi.

Hemi 5.7, supercharged
Here you go, comparison photos different trucks.

1st photo
My 16 laramie, 5.7 4x4, 3.21, 8 speed in 4x4 lock. Last winter on an airport run, left late. Avg fuel economy

2nd photo
My 14 RT supercharged, 8 speed, 3.92
Freeway between Virginia and Tennessee. Instant fuel economy

The supercharger makes the 5.7 more efficient, IMHO, as well as the RT is less weight.

Damn I wouldn't have expected a full sized truck to get that good with FI. You can't beat that with a stick.
