HI guys, just thought a little eye candy was due after installing my Holley High Ram Manifold to get full potential out of upgraded stage 2 Procharger.

What kind of power you putting down?
And what’s a stage 2?

All the base stage 2 package is that it runs off of its own belt and pully setup, basically direct drive and I can change over to a more reliable cog drive for less slippage. Instead of running "stage 1" & putting more stress on ac, alternator, water pump, also less likely to have slippage. Another good thing especially if it's a daily driver is you can drive all day long if the belt breaks, the Procharger has no effect with normal driving. I also opted for the upgraded P-1x head unit, Open ProFlow Bullet Bypass Anti-Surge Valve & Helical Gear set so I don't have that annoying clatter, but still has sweet distinct superchargered whine.
Dyno before the high ram manifold came in at approx 560 RWH @ 6100 rpms. That's with a complete comp cam @ MDS delete package, larger high flow injectors, Exhaust, throttle commander, Unlocked computer, fan blade delete conversion etc.
Admittedly roots style Superchargers can more fun off the line and around town, once I hit around 2700 rpm with my setup it's all over but the crying for the other guy. I've embarrassed more stock superchargered GTs and SRTs than I can count.
Currently I'm in the process of getting everything together for a desperately needed performance brake and adjustable control arm setup. Horrible off the line, but rolling starts are great.

Hahaha... No lottery winner here, I'm just fortunate enough to make a living do what I love. I've built many trucks over the years and have had one featured in Off-Road & Four Wheeler magazines many years ago. This one will be up for sale as soon as I'm happy with the finished build as well, just to move on to the next project.

Sounds like a fun truck.
I bet they did cry if an under 600 wheel 5500lbs+ truck beat them.
I’d probably laugh because I know how quick a truck can be. Every time I drive my CTS-V I think about supercharging my Ram.

Thank you..
It's a very fun truck to drive and reliable all year round. Most of the wanna bee's don't understand factory rated hp vs true rear wheel hp and scratch their heads after the fact.

Crank VS wheel numbers are for dyno queens. The street is the equalizer. Besides, who keeps anything stock LOL.
Enjoy the truck, let us know how it fairs against a TRX if you see one.

Hi, I am looking at doing pretty much the same thing on a 2014 Ram. I did not see if you did any upgrades to the internals like forged pistons etc. And could you tell me what the boost level is. Thanks

Hi, nothing internal other than the cam and MDS delete kit. I really didn't see any reason being that it's a daily driver. As far as boost the stock stage 2 kit is 7lbs, I installed the larger head unit and can push to 10lbs. I'm getting ready to switch over to a cog drive belt setup because it slips every now and then plus it just soo damb cool. LOL..

Wow, that is great. So you are running around 650HP at the motor with a 15% drive train loss. So I am figuring around 550 at the motor without the cam. Are you doing the tuning yourself or have someone doing it. Also, I am assuming using a dyno. The tune is a concern to me. I am also thinking of putting an AEM water/**** kit in to cool the charge even more with the intent to keep everything together. I have used it before on a roots SC that did not have any charge cooling.
So are going to do any other engine mods when you go to 10lbs of boost or just get a real conservative tune? I appreciate you responding to the post. Thanks

Another question, I did not notice if you have headers installed. If so, what are you running?

That is awesome, I was hoping this was going to be a 2500 build but your 1500 looks pretty bad a$$!
