Kooks makes a very good product. Their shorties are probably the best flowing shorty out there, and quality is awesome. Let us know if we can help. We offer great pricing on Kooks

Yeah - get Kooks to make 'em for 2500 6.4. You'd sell more. But it'd cut into your ARH long tube sales.

6.4 Hemi is same physical exterior dimensions as 5.7 Hemi, but the 2500 frame is totally different and closer to the engine. That's the problem.

Wish it was that easy. I will state my case but the more people the ask them to make them the better.

Nick, yes sir go ahead and shoot me a PM, I'd like a quote. I also found them on Amazon, but I don't think Kooks will honor the warranty big something goes wrong with them.

You won't find any header manufacture'r that'll warrenty a set of headers once you install them.If you're worried about warrenty on headers, they might not be for you, lol.

I installed Kooks shorties. Bolt up installation, no check engine lights, no exhaust mods, and 304 stainless.

Did you use the bolts that came with the Kooks or the ARP ones? If you used the kooks ones, do you remember what size wrench/socket you used on them?

Sorry for the delay, it was after 10PM eastern when you responded so I called it a night just before then. It looks like you got your order in already. If anything happens with that order and we can help let me know. Hope you paid less than that Amazon price...

I used the bolts that came with it. 14mm if I remember correctly. Some of the bolts you have to get from the fender and some are easier from underneath. I think i mostly used just a standard wrench and a socket with short extension. A flex head ratchet would probably be helpful as well. I heard the ARP's were a ***** with the allen head so I passed on those. The Kooks come with cometic gaskets which are similar to the remflex, multilayer metal gaskets. I had issues with the passenger side leaking and just bought a set of Felpro's from Advance. Passenger side is still a bit noisy but I think its just header noise. I dont think I could get the bolts any tighter without ruining something.

Alright guys I'm tackling installing the Kooks shorties today! Going to Harbor Freight to get me a set of shorty wrenches, a 3/8"s torque wrench, a bottle jack (already have stands), grit soap, gloves... we'll see what else I find at the toy store.

Ratcheting wrenches are good to have to.
