I have some rust spots and dents in my bed and I'm thinking of just replacing the whole bed or getting it repaired. What would be the most cost effective or easiest.

Thats a good question, body work man hours to repair yours vs cost of a good used one. Been looking for one myself as my box IMO needs alot of labour. Matter of fact came accross one in perfect shape for 300 yesterday, and the guy may hold on to it till Aug for me as I have some other Mod bill commitments for July. Usual used cost around here is 900-1200 used. Didn't mean to jack but you may want to fix what you got but remember to do a good job and get the inner box lips that tuck behind the Cab (front sides of rear fenders) you almost have to remove it off the truck then the back of the cab corners can be properly sprayed as well.

I have a piece of the drivers side on the bed that has a hole in it. The passenger side has a rust spot that needs to be fixed. There is a dent in the drivers side and one in the tailgate. I will try to get pictures soon.
