It rained last night and on my drive into work this morning I could hear water moving around behind the dash on the passenger side. When I would take a curve or left turn I could hear it moving. I got to work and I find the passenger floor carpet is all wet and I can see some water drips in the left corner of the foot well about were the heater vent is.
AC still works great and blower still runs just fine.
How do I get the water out?
Any ideas where it came in it? Could I have a plugged drain under the windshield cowl and it over flowed into the heater box? Anyone have any information to help me troubleshoot this?
I did some searching here already and everyone talks about the cab vent, rear window, 3rd brake light. some welds on the 5th gens, but not much when it came to the 4th gens other than the previously listed items. Gonna add a picture of where I found water coming onto flow at from my phone in a little bit.
