Wow, this is horrible. I'm not reading this entire thread, but his experience in the first post was unacceptable. In CA you can sue if a dealership refuses to fix a warranty item, I won 13k for this exact issue. Check your local laws.
well guys, i found my coolant fluid was barely showing on my overflow dipstick today. i am preparing for my trucks trip ti SC from NJ. drove to the dealer, Warwick dodge, jeep and Ram dealer in Warwick NY. explained what i found. the service writer at the desk came and checked, walked back inside and came out with a tech and brought it up to max fill. shined a flashlight in the engine bay to make sure there no obvious leaks. there weren't any. while this was going on, the service writer was in the truck with his hand held computer/scanner and checked for codes, recalls and need updates. all was good. when asked how much i owed them the answer was nothing, thanks for stoping by. i am posting this to let folks know, there are dealers out there who value there customers.
Interesting... all his posts are gone
I bet the thought that RamCares is on this forum scared the
**** out of him and deleted it. At least the posts with his quotes are still up so they can see [emoji1360]

Folks I Un-Deleted his post so feel free to direct RamCares to what he has said and they can see how their techs feel about customers...![]()

Either way, the dealer/tech are damned if we do and damned if we don't, either way we are still gonna have cry baby customers, it's just the industry I am in. I get it.

service and parts in general is the life blood of any good dealer. They don't make the vehicle sales but probably factor heavily in the repeat ones. They also turn people into single buyers. By that i mean they buy one of brand x and then have a bad experience and move on.
Yup. You got a pm brother, feel free to reshare the image.
Also, Yo People, reminder, actually consider this Rule#1 of Forum Use.
Anything you (soft) delete, edit, whatever, let me tell you, as a former Admin/Mod elsewhere, WE CAN STILL SEE AND RESTORE IT. LONG AFTER YOU'RE GONE. So that part you skipped over about playing nice, yeah, keep it in mind.
Then again with most of you buggers here it doesn't need to be said. I for one had no intention of trolling this thread, nor any other thread, you all knows, I's just calls 'em as I sees 'em.
SMILEY3303'S HERE TOO!!Whassupp man!

Honestly if you don't take care of the customer they leave.
I don't know if you noticed but many brands roll out the red carpet for customers. FCA has work to do in this area.
Brother...true and true.
By far the best customer service I've ever had at the dealer was when I had my Lexus. These dudes would come to my house with a loaner and swap me out when my car needed oil changes. I got free oil changes and free gas fill ups from time to time. The loaner was always a nice upgrade than my current car and it was already there on site ready for me to drive off if I ever had to drop my car off. Wash and vacuum was automatic....and this wasn't at one dealership...they were all like this! At least the few I went too.
Then I traded it all away for my SRT lmao.
and if he deletes them again, ill restore them again, if he edits them, ill un-edit them, i can restore anything he changes....
its techs like him that make what happened to me at the dealer possible, it took them a full month and a half to diagnose that my truck had a faulty fuel pump with the truck flashing "fuel system failure" on the dash when they looked at it, and then only to install the fuel pump improperly where the truck thought the gas cap wasnt installed properly when i got it back...
and for the record the truck was 100% unmodified
