Bought falken at3ws 08 July 21. Got told last week to replace rear right tire as it could not be balanced.

Should I replace just the 1 tire or both rears? rear 4 tires right now have around 2500km (1553 miles) on them

Just that one tire that cannot be balanced only.
That tire should be under warranty and replaced free of charge to you with only 1500 miles on it due to the fact it cannot be balanced.

The installer should have looked after at time of install

It depends what the issue is. If it’s road force they likely didn’t check road force when they installed the tires, if the shop even has a road force balancer. However if it’s causing a vibration the truck should have been road tested after install and the vibration noticed.

The dealership didn't check road force when they installed the tires. After a week or so of driving, I noticed the vibration and had a local tire shop with hunter road force do a check. They were able to balance 3 of the 4 tires.
