If I understand it, one version is made by Mitsubishi and the other version is made by Harmon-Becker. I'm not clear on what dates are which. One uses versions like 33.01.23 and the one I have had software 08.05.02 which is the other type. the latest I could find for my type is 10.00.11

Before I found this out I tried 33.01.23 and it didn't recognize it as an update.

Yes, this is exactly the case! I was told that both manufacturers produced radios at the same time for different manufacturing lines. My radio reportedly came from a 2011 DODGE JOURNEY.

I still have the factory radio that was in my truck. I just tried to update the truck and it did not recognize it from the CDR. Any advice? Should I have burned it to a CDRW?
Edit below
I added a pic of the system info screen in my gallery. If someone could tell me what download to use it would be much appreciated

I didn't see much about that version, but it looks like a different software series than the two mentioned in this thread - meaning the ones that are either 30.xx.xx, 08.xx.xx or 10.00.11

I think it had something to do with RHB radios and Serius travel link. It looks like the upgrade for you would be version 23.04.41. I have to look into this also since some searching says it works with the 430 RBZ that I have.

Which model radio is that? 430 RBZ or one RHB?

Look at this link and especially post #5 I might have to see if I can find that version to download myself.

Well I upgraded to the 23.04.41 software. It did take away saving the memory of my category scan. In other words before if I would select 5options for serious no matter what I did those 5options were always there. Now once I exit the menu or turn the truck off the categories or all deselected.

Before I spend my money, can someone confirm that this is the uConnect kit that I need? Any help would be appreciated.

I think so, but I'm not 100% sure since yours is a 2012. On my 2011 I installed Uconnect Module part number 82212159 And the USB interface cable part number 82212160. The USB cable plugs into the Uconnect module and gets routed to the lower glove box.

The Uconnect module does need to have the sales code flashed by the dealer to work though.

430 RBZ Mitsubishi Image file

Hi everyone,

I did screw up mygig unit 430 rbz non nav fast speed while performing an update with the key in ACC position.

Would any of you be able to post a link to an Hard disk image ?
Be careful to not use windows, there linux and QNX boot drive to help you perform this image.

If anyone knows a place to find an image or an hard drive, I am willing to pay for it ...

I already check for recovery on MyGig Hard Drive | Best Price to replace or fix a Hard Drive Problem when crashed or corrupt but they do not offer the RBZ

I did sucessfully performed the update to 10.00.11 but tried a second time and left the key to ACC.

Thanks a lot in advance!!
