Is there any difference in the fogs and the heads? The harness or anything? Also are the fogs plug and play?

Heads- use a relay (some don't use relay, but most flicker etc)

Fogs-plug and play (some have had to use a relay though)

your fogs will use a H10. Heads are H13 or H11, depending on your lights. Head harness should have a capacitor on it. Fog won't.

I would use a harness for both. It will protect the bulbs.
