On the female side- you list #5 as being pink. This is supposed to be in #6 as being pink. Can you double check that. That is the CAN IHS- wire. Everything else is correct.

Uggggh...sorry about that. Pry out the front red piece. Then take a thin piece of metal and slide it in the front over the top of the terminal. You are trying to pry up on a plastic tab that is locking the terminal in. uBzR5v3.jpg

So interesting development, with the Y harness and integrated center stack disabled, the manual controls still work now, and the touch screen shows all the changes I made with the manual controls, fan speed, vent settings, ac on/off, the only thing it doesn't show is when I change the temperature. It allows me to change the temperature on screen, but it does nothing as it can't override what I have the manual controls set to.

I would say that is to be expected, since there is no manual temp controls option for the 12”. It’s good that it can be controlled with the manual controls piggybacked.

To add: this is how a 4th gen Ram is configured- the integrated center stack is NOT set.

Couple issues at the moment, radio is not detecting USB input, so no Android auto, and it's telling me camera system unavailable

Is your backup camera the one that has 6 wires to it, or fakra cable? I’ll need to see your BCM log as a Pacifica to look at your backup camera settings.

At the back of the radio it's just a single plug, I'm not sure if it's the white, tan or red plug. I'll pull the log in a minute

Anyone know the part number or spec for the screws needed to secure the touch screen to the bezel? I figured i'd be able to steal some screws out of the old bezel, but none of them will work so right now I've just got the screen set in there and I'll hit up the local nuts & bolts place to get the screws.

Hey @djcwardog, did you play with android auto or apple carplay at all for the short time you had your UAX? Mine is just not detecting anything connected to the USB ports, however my phone shows as charging when i plug it in. Also did the reverse camera just work or no?

Alright here's my list of issues with the swap at the moment:

AUX USB ports don't work, I plug my phone in and it keeps showing charging, disconnected, charging disconnected, continually.

Reverse camera is just a blue screen, and says camera system unavailable.

Satellite radio antenna seems to be doing the same thing as the aux USB ports, but at a much higher rate, so I can hear the satellite radio but it's choppy and the screen shows music muted every other second.

So far the last thing I've noticed is the clock is missing.

Well the satellite seems to have straightened itself out, still have the other issues though, also if anyone else wants do this swap, the screws needed to mount the screen to the new bezel are M5x0.8x16 machine screws you can buy in an 8 pack from Lowes.

On the back of your radio module (for the 12” screen), did you plug a connector into the red radio module connector? qLPHHdn.jpg

Yes, it was also the only one that fit, I tried some of the others that looked like they could be considered red but I guess they're keyed to avoid mix ups
