How does one go about doing this? I wanna do my fogs and behind the grille lights for now. Both are h3 bulbs and i plan on getting the xentec hid kits from ebay since i have heard good things from them and they are cheaper then any other hid seller.

It's pretty simple. You put the HID bulb in where the H3 bulb was.
Then run your power to the ballast. The HID bulbs connect to the ballasts.
