Rough/Stalled shifting through low gears

I bought my 09 1500 used about a month ago. Ever since, it seems to have an issue shifting from 1-2 and 2-3 gear. It almost feels like it stalls between shifts. Any one know what the issue could be??

Dumb question, but have you checked transmission fluid? Is it full? Clean, or at least not black and nasty?

Just checked, she's clean and full!

Go take it in to get reprogrammed maybe? 6 speed? It may just need to be reset, they're all computer run nowadays.

09s were programmed 5 speeds...

Could be a bad solenoid/s...

The dealer I bought it from certified it but they must not have done much checking it out. The throttle blade was getting stuck. It was all gummed up, so an induction service took care of it!
