The very first thing to know is that there is no "G" in Cummins!!!
When selling anything, the thing to do is look for what similar ones are selling for. Unfortunately, add-ons such as paint and bumpers don't usually increase the value of the vehicle. 6 Speeds are fairly rare, so that should increase the value a bit.
Otherwise, an inspection by a competent mechanic should uncover any deficiencies.

Racer9 nailed it, have a competent mechanic do a full inspection. Fir value, you can look at comparable listings and find what they are listed at and selling for. Since it is a friend, you could knock it down by $1k and say that while the mechanic found nothing, you never know what the future holds so the savings is mitigating the unforseen and to ensure the friendship endures. You could sell it and a week later it needs transmission work. While the $1k wouldn't cover that the gesture up front should make it easier to resist wanting to 'help" on the repair bill. Worst case scenario but things happen.
