Yep, inset snap ring for the lower portion of the ball joint. Get it reinstalled ASAP.

is this for level only guys or does this problem come up when you put a spacer on an existing lift or other lift component.

ive heard you can have problems if, for example, run the 5100 AND a lift spacer.

been running my 2.5" HBS for several thousand miles on my 2013 4x4 and with no problems.
any signs of issues I should look out for?

Got icon on the phone and it is a spiral lock. He said it happens sometimes all I need to do is jack the truck up and push it back in. Thankful it's just that. Nothing is usually that simple with dodges

Check the top of the upper ball joint closest to the tire to see if the lip is raised out of the control arm. Everyone I have looked at is doing it.

Ive been running my Zone uppers on my '14 with a 2 inch level for about 700 mikes now. No issues

During the install, it was clear the Zone balljoints have more than enough range of motion to avoid this issue.

None. Then again none of it is adjustable. Basically just the toe is set back to specs. Everything else was with factory ranges though after the parts were installed.

sooo I read this thread before I leveled my ram I thought it wouldn't happen I don't beat on my truck and 2 weeks of street driving after leveling my ball joints are coming out, pretty pissed

That's weird. I had my leveling kit in for over 4 months, frequently off-road my truck and nothing happened until I combined the spacer with the spindle

i just got my zone UCA's installed yesterday. ill be getting my allignment later this week.





install was one hour on the ground.

Just had my Ram aligned after my lift install. Think I would have to have another alignment after installing the Zone arms? I would assume they wouldnt change anything or am I wrong?
