2022 1500 Lonestar, My driver's side front brake makes a loud squealing sound when first starting up whether I am reversing or going forward. It stops by the time I get pulled out of the driveway and to first stop sign(half a block). Very annoying, looking for suggestions from from the members that may have experienced the same issue and how they fixed it. Thanks for any help.

Did you look at rotor to see if brake shoes are dragging, if there are grooves or a pattern of excessive wear not seen on other rotors? Could be a couple things such as bad caliper, something stuck in or near brake pads, bad pads....

My truck does this same thing if the humidity in the garage is high. But mine is doing it on all four wheels, it seems like. I have a 4-post lift in my garage, and I have carefully checked all four wheels, my brakes (pads & rotors) are in very good condition.

On yours, perhaps some humid air is blowing from one direction, onto that side, causing the brake squeal only on one side. An interesting (and no-cost) experiment would be to park the truck facing opposite direction and see if that changes anything when first starting up.
