I have a 2011 Ram 3500 6.7l 4x4 mega cab. I have wondering steering and the truck feels very uneasy. I am constantly trying to correct the wheel.
I have had the truck in the dealership. They have replaced just about everything in the front end including the steering gear. I have a 2.5 inch leveling kit and upgraded control arms to put the geometry back to where it is supposed to be. I am also running 35 inch tires which I just put a brand new set on. I had to replace my last set of tires after 6000 miles of driving. I'm at my wits end. Help !!!!! Ideas???

Care to elaborate on why you went through a set of tires in 6,000 miles. Were they new and only lasted that long? Did you notice them wearing funny or rotate them? Did they get choppy? Tires can tell a lot about an issue
Did you have it aligned after the leveling kit and control arms were installed?

Not knowing your truck, I'll tell you on my '98 RAM 2500 that when I put 35's on it, I got a mild case of wander... As you said, have to keep gently correcting the wheel. I took it to the tire shop, had them check the alignment, then had them crank the maximum amount of CASTOR in to the front suspension. Then check the alignment again, ignoring the new castor settings.

That truck drove like it was on rails... Just an almost imperceptible load on the steering wheel while at slower speeds (parking lots, driveway, etc) but that's what power steering is for.
