Reception on them is ok..I don't get the same channels I used to, but they do look good and I get a lot of compliments on it!!

I love mine, the reception sucks but i have xm radio. Looks a lot better than the factory antenna thats a mile long

With it that short, you may as well eliminate it. Cut the OE in half, and paint.

I've heard of people cutting their stock one down. I have not done this but apparently the ball on the end is just pressed on. You can remove it and hammer it back on one you've cut it down.

Hmm that's interesting. Luckily when I bought my Ram they accidentally gave me two antennas so I can experiment with one. I'll try cutting it down this week.
