Sub install help

Hey guys I was thinking about installing 2 10 inch subs under my back seat of my 2010 ram laramie. I pretty much have everything figured out accept I'm not sure how to connect the RCA cable and the remote cable from my amp to my truck. Ive heard something about a line output converter or something needed to do this but I'm not sure what this is or where to hook it up lol. I have the upgraded alpine stereo package wih the stock sub. Also Is there any way I could tap the RCA cable and remote cable into the stock sub wires. Thanks for your advice.

in my old '11 durango i had the alpine setup i had success with getting the signal for a sub from a factory sub. in my new truck i have yet to install anything so i cant tell you 100% on these trucks. worse case you have to grab your signal after the factory amp. at the front door speakers
