super newb question

Alright guys I know this is a suoer newb question but I have a 2014 ram 1500...how do iminow what model it is? I keep seeing all this talk about "express" but have no clue how to tell what mine is.

Have any pictures for us? We would be able to tell ya. By looking at your avatar picture i would say express. Paint matched bumpers with a black mesh grill. But other than that maybe check your window sticker.

When I bought the truck I was actually tryimg tp buy a 14 wrangler w a 6" lift. The dealer wouldnt grt my monthly payments down to what i wanted.... so as I was walking out they rolled up w the ram and ininstantly was in love...even though I was trading in my 08 ram lol. But I was so clouded by the thought of getting a new truck that I didnt even think about doing any research. The truck wss so new to the lot that they didnt even have the papers in the window.

You are legally entitled to a MSRP if you bought it new, I would go back and get it. You can also get a build sheet emailed to you from Ram and some other places will post your build sheet online. However, if I was you I would make the dealer give me the MSRP.

Express is kinda minimum, one step up from the tradesman which generally is your construction base model trucks you see out on job sites and oil rigs pipelines etc. It's just a truck, you gotta do all the ipgrades yourself. But it's still not a bad model. I love my express

Mine was 31,200 before I had the dealership put some add ons for me. '14 Crew Cab 4x4.

pricing is going to vary depending on where you live, and what dealer your buying from. my Max Steel QC Express 13' was listed for 36K without a few choice add ons that I feel a truck should have. Now I am leasing my truck, due to some financial issues at home about 8 months ago. Now that I have got out from under some debts, I have the means to buy the truck out right, and shorten my loan terms. Im planning on getting the choice add ons I want ( Rhino Liner / 3.92 Gears / Class 4 Hitch / Tow Hooks ).

may I ask what your final sale price was ?

after haggling / rebates I think an average ball park on an Express pending a few options is roughly 32-34K.
I could be wrong but thats my guess.
