So I just received the Eibach pro kit front springs (thanks @Nick@GotExhaust) and wanted to know if it’s possible to remove the spring/strut without ripping apart the front suspension?

Does the suspension droop enough to allow for removal?

I know there may be some other bits that may need to be removed (sway bar endlinks & possibly unbolting the UCA) to allow the droop, but I’m trying to save myself from getting a front alignment re-done if it’s at all possible.

No. You will need an alignment anyways. Disassembling the front doesn’t mean you need an alignment. Changing your suspension does. Plus pulling the springs off the front struts is near impossible to even try and do in the vehicle. Not enough space to move around.

I understand I gotta pull the whole strut assembly out, disassemble and swap springs, reassemble and reinstall; been there done that when I initially did the 5100s w/OEM springs.

I was just hoping to not realign since it’s only been a month or so since my previous alignment due to a weird wobble and steering wheel being off-center.

Thankfully the shop that just did the alignment offers 5 years realignment so I should be good. I just hate being down a vehicle while waiting for it to be done.

The LCA's adjust the alignment on the RWD trucks. If you crawl under there the caster/camber bolts are where the diff should be sitting.

If the 4x4's are the same then you should be gtg.

If your lift height remains the same chances are you won't need aligment right away though i'll still check to make sure. Tires are more expensive than an extra alignment and the time it takes to get it done :)
I've switched my CO's twice this year when i did the rebuild on my Kings, went with Rancho's while the Kings were out, and back to Kings once they were done. I didn't do any alignment and the truck was driving straight, lift height was relatively close so i didn't bother much of course we were also hit with the China-flu so it's been months since i haven't touched my alignment but i'm getting it done today as i also have new tires and i want to make sure i won't eat them the wrong way in the long run.

Sounds like a plan, luckily the shop I took my truck to for alignment is pretty quick about it, so I’ll bring my phone charger and sit and chill.

Just do a quick measure before and after. I only went up a little over an inch when I swapped the Eibach springs on the 5100s and it needed an alignment. I reset my toe and drove it a couple weeks to let the springs settle so when I did go in for an alignment it would remain aligned . Camber was off a little little but not enough to hurt anything for the time I spent with it slightly off. The suspension droops enough to do the swap as the struts are no longer going back on
