tj and others, but it gets funky here as some hemi ticks are more susceptible to viscosity and some are more susceptible to additives. My truck is one like tj's, 5w20 and 5w30 redline were both good against tick but the more stout 10w30 redline was ticking the entire time. As crazy as this sounds, I believe the trucks that are more out of tolerance do better with additives, and the lesser ticks do better with viscosity. I wonder, how many different 0w40 have you tried Corey?
My truck was ticking like a whack sewing machine and the first time it went silent was on another 20 weight, so clearly viscosity isn't the issue. Corey experience was different.
