Ok, I also want you to change the theme and UI to classic and reboot. Some of the themes are not compatible with every vehicle type. I'm signing off for the night, but I'll answer any questions you post in the AM.

When I disconnect the black plug the ac stops all together. Now the fan and compressor run but the ac controls don’t work

Ok, we may need to try other protocols too but first can you unplug and re-seat the red CANBUS adapter?

For @jmckeejr , do you have any pictures of the system info screen from when you had it installed? In addition, did you reflash Rhino Radio's firmware before selling it to wipe? If so, do you know the filenames you used?

Good morning! I unplugged and re-plugged the can bus box and all other plugs and tried all protocols with Ram Lo/Hi and American - AC controls are dead

btw I think I mentioned it before none of the lower buttons is working Hazard/off/defroster are dead , the reset pinhole works tho'

System info. It's still on Phoenix rooted firmware. I didn't get notification of replies here, luckily I checked in but will be running around most of day

Maybe mcu? Although I think it's a harness issue, with 4 speed fan I think one cable does fan another does temp... Are there 2 connected? I definitely had something plugged into the grey adapter...

Ok thanks, I can see from your pictures in your truck it was picking up the CANBUS module info completely (you can see the CYT version info). That's not coming across for him for some reason. Do you happen to have any info/pictures of what protocol you had it set to?

Original 5.0 ra2, upgrade to 8.4 after removing this unit
