If it's behind the center bezel, may be for heated seats or 110V outlet

Where you at, on the dash? It could be the plug for Electronic Brake Controller.
We need a zoomed out picture.

Dumb question but I have to ask. In reference to this thread.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500. I dont have the 110v outlet but have been wanting to add it. Do all the harnesses already come with the plug? Would I just need to pull an outlet insert from a totaled truck or order it and would be able to just "plug and play"?

First look at the front passenger seat
In the front Where the seat pad attaches to the seat frame
You should see a metal pad or mount
That is where the OEM inverter gets mounted

The OEM unit does not put out hardly any juice
It won't run a drill or hair dryer
It will run a computer, charge a phone, run a GPS mapping system
