Throttle body spacer worth it?

I have a 07 5.7 ram was looking for cheap upgrades to make and came across a throttle body spacer, saying they can give alittle hp and torque and improve MPG. Are they worth it?

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Total waste of money on a injected engine, they are for carbed boosted engines.

NEVER!

Have no effect on fuel injected engine except to lighten your wallet.

Made some sense in the days of carburetors because there was a fuel and air mixture to swirl.

With fuel injection you'd only swirl the air. Waste of time and money.

About the only use would be to port it to introduce NO2 .....
